Drawings/sample from customer

This is the concept and ideation stage during which a product’s functional and performance requirements are defined as per drawings and samples from customers. This stage is crucial as it lays the foundation for all the other phases and guides the overall process of product development.

Feasibility study and design planning

During this phase, our engineering team reviews product design concepts and project requirements are assembled that guide the design to development phase. Design feasibility is a validation process that looks at how well a design delivers to requirements, objectives and goals.

Design and development

This process examines all the potential risks and hurdles one will need to overcome to get the product. Formal engineering specifications are created. The product is then developed against the designs, with regular checks made throughout the process.

Testing & verification

Testing & verification is used to confirm that a product meets specifications or requirements as defined. Comprehensive testing of the final product takes place to evaluate the robustness of the design and its ability to meet customer requirements.

Manufacture / Production

Drawings and specifications are transferred to manufacture the product. At this stage, our engineering department actually develops a product concept into a functioning of product. For success of a new development, we produce and tests a few samples, or prototypes, including its packaging.

Improvement

On-going product management ensures the product is subject to continuous upgrades and improvement. CAPA processes are in place to feed into these actions. In this process, we make changes to deliver item exactly as per customer’s need and requirement.
